Main chemical components of FB361-LITHOPONE include whitening agent (developed by ourselves) and highly weatherable materials made in both home an abroad ,the product is made though an activating process at the first place in which positive amphoteric oxide and surface active agent are used and heating process at the second in which high temperature is applied the production method avoids serious environmental pollution caused by traditional physical treatment process and the product is the first ever in china. The new generation of the product is developed with unique formulation an innovative production process to overcome many deficiencies of the old one, and the new type is also revolutionary to the old, considering its capacity of partially or totally replacing titanium pigment, a very expensive product.
Characteristic：
◆Soft, white bright.
◆Contained specially made whitening agent, its white content is pure after grinding or churning process in high speed, and has high covering capacity (Liduo Power:30-90g/m, Lide Powder：100g/m)
◆FB361-A-B-C can replace 25-40% of titanium pigments and FB361-D-E can replace 40-100% of titanium (shade percentage depends on color of base). The product with this replacement has higher light stability and stronger chalking resistance.
◆Used amount could be the same as or a little bit less than that of Lide Powder products currently in domestic market, and be the same or a little bit higher than that of titanium pigment.
◆Contains amphoteric oxide, heat and light stabilizer and silicone an aluminum tectorial membrane, which make product highly weatherable, highly chalking, heat and high temperature resistant and not easily yellowing.
◆Applicable for all kinds of oil and water-paint colorization processes and other coloring and other coloring and filling processes of rubber, plastic, paper making and ink printing.
◆In processes of producing high, middle and low level external wall paints, tinting pigments such as titanium pigment could be partially or totally replaced (traditional Lide Powder could only be used in indoor painting process for its low weatherability). Deposition can be effectively avoided when it is used with other paints for softness, super fineness and high dispersity.

◆FB361-A is mainly used for white or light color painting process when of base is relatively thick(above5), which mainly functions as eliminator yellow light in base to make product whiter and brighter. It is mainly used in low level mixed paints, middle level priming and coloring and filling processes of reworked rubber and plastic.
◆FB361-B is mainly used for white color painting process when color of base is relatively light (below 5) and paint coloring process.
◆FB361-C is a refined product which features high fineness and covering, coloring and adhesive capacities except for all main functions of FB361-A-B. Its white degree is higher than FB361-A-B, so the product could be used for middle grade products.
◆FB361-D is high grade product of FB361serials, which has higher yellowing, light and chalking resistances and stronger weatherability except for all main functions of FB361-C, so the product could be used for middle and high grade products.
◆FB3612-E is middle luxury type, which features high white degree, purity and covering capacity expect for all functions of FB361-D, it can totally replace anatase titanium pigment, and its weatherability amounts for 40%-50% of that of rutile titanium pigment.

Product references
(1) FB361-A and FB361-B bears basic same functions, which are only different from each other in applications: A presents light purple and white color after being ground. B presents pure white after being ground.
(2) It would be better if FB361-A type would be applied for outdoor paint and color mixing process for outdoor products, when it would present better light resistance, more vivid and longer lasting color.’
(3) FB361-A-B-C-D-E types products are highly fine which are in high temperature, their oil factor are greater than that of Lide Powder, presenting early state oil suction phenomenon : if only simple test is carried out, then because time is short, equipment and process are not complete, so the varnish would be affected, however,24 hours after being applied for manufactured product, then the varnish would become vivid, and polish and product quality would not be affected eventually.
(4) When this product is applied , applied proportion of extender pigment should be adjusted, which means that under prerequisite that total volume remains unchanged, the extender pigment with specially large oil factor should be less applied.
(5) Packing specifications: FB361-A-B-C-D is packed in bag which is knitted with colorful plastic threads , with inner lining and membrane coated outside, and whose packing capacity 25KG.

Features：
◆No agent is needed when its applied for oil paint. Anti-setting feature would be remained if anti-settling agent formulation (weight ratio of original formulation remains same) is removed , which effectively reduces production cost.
◆It presents good liquidity when being applied in oil paint and ink , and it helpful for enhancing brightness of product.
◆Its suitable for tinting and filling process of middle and high grade paints. It can , with its high fineness , good dispersity and excellent flow property , make painting membrane thinner and tighter .
◆It can present anti-settling performance and flow property in a more effective way .
◆Comparing to FB361-A+, it has higher white degree and stronger covering capacity. It also presents better weatherability and yellowing resistance comparing to those sf FB361-A and FB361-A++.
（7）FB361-B++
Features：
◆It could effectively reduce usage of coupling agent when it is applied for plastic and rubber products ,Which is helpful for reducing cost .
◆It presents comparably good liquidity when it is applied for products like rubber and plastics whose superficiality is very low, which gives product being produce with enough surface for “Brownian Movement” in the granulation and mixing processes and enhances flow property of the mixing materials.
◆Comparing to traditional white tinting pigment ( such as titanium pigment and lide powder etc), this white tinting pigment , when being applied for rubber, plastic products and recycled products, avoids longitudinal congruent between tinting pigment and medium by its unique dispersity, and reacts with medium with medium with single and inconsistent particle structure of membrane ,which exerts highest covering capacity ,effectively enhances fineness, uniformity of products and reduces cost by reducing usage of pigment .
◆It can effectively increase brightness of plastic and rubber and recycled products.

Notes
◆FB361-A + is produced through heating with high temperature for two times. It’s the latest developed product which has never been seen in Chinese market before. It’s the oleophilic and hydrophobic type of tinting pigment which is mainly applied for oil and ink painting and not allowed for application related to water paint
◆Comparing to B301 Lide Powder , the traditional white tinting pigment , it presents better white degree , covering capacity , fineness and dispersity.
◆100% of the product can float on surface of water without settling , being dissolved and turbid for a long tine. Water content is low. Its advanced comparing to other similar products, which is demonstrated by its successfully resolving late aggregation problem in traditional white tinting pigment.
◆It presents good dispersity , low oil factor and high fineness （≥800 mesh sieve）
