CHIHON(
) ultra-fine series of iron oxide pigments is a new type of ultra-fine and easily-dispersed iron oxide pigments that are carefully produced by adapting to the needs of customers and introducing the Hengman coefficient index.
It not only has the superior performance of general iron oxide pigments, but also effectively prevents the agglomeration tendency of the pigment particles after being treated with additives, and reduces the surface attraction between the pigment particles in the application system, making the pigment easy to disperse and storage stability Greatly improve.
It only needs to be dispersed when used. The Hungman coefficient of iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow is about 6.0 and the fineness is about 25 microns; the Hungman coefficient of iron oxide black is about 4.0 and the fineness is about 50 microns to improve coloring 15%~20%. Customers can shorten the grinding time or cancel the grinding process as needed, and can appropriately reduce the amount of pigment used. Its main technical indicators have reached or exceeded the requirements of international ultra-fine products.
Characteristics:
■Low oil absorption, low viscosity ■Very brilliant color with high tinting strength ■Super-micronized and high powder fineness ■Good dispersibility with hegman 6+ ■Saves time, energy and labor costs
Applications:
■Colorant■Coil coatings ■Plastic■Paper ■Wood lacquer■Industrial coating■Rubber■Inks
