According to the actual situation of the project, measures are taken to prevent bulging.
1. To solve the problem of epoxy layer bulge is to solve the "three fears" in epoxy floor construction
(1) Fear of water
(2) fear of sun (3) fear of dust.
2. Take measures to prevent bulging:
(1) The waterproof layer shall be made on the base course to prevent water and gas from seeping upward. The moisture content in the base or waterproof layer shall be controlled within 8%, and the compressive strength of the base or waterproof layer shall be greater than 21mp, and the epoxy construction shall be carried out.
(2) The adhesive force between epoxy layer and base or waterproof layer is carried out to overcome the swelling force at the beginning of wrapping and avoid the occurrence of bulging.
(3) In the construction of epoxy layer, good quality materials should be selected for the primer. 1. Let a part of epoxy resin seep into the base or waterproof layer to form a whole; 2. Improve adhesion, and leave less residual material or chemical gas after curing.
(4) After epoxy construction, avoid sunlight and reduce the temperature difference between the surface and inside of epoxy layer.
(5) The construction on the base or waterproof layer must be cleaned up. There is no open space between the epoxy layer and the base or waterproof layer after construction.
(6) In a word, waterproof materials must be selected with the following points: impermeability and air permeability; compression resistance, strength greater than 20pam, super adhesion with the ground, and easy bonding of epoxy resin to form a whole. The waterproof layer shall not be accessible within 5 days after the completion of construction to protect the finished products.
